It started off fine with a phone call to see if I was a good fit, and then I was invited to a face-to-face interview. The role sounded really interesting, with lots of room for improvement and challenges, which I liked.
However, after the in-person interview, things went downhill. I followed up a couple of times via email, and each time they told me they hadn’t made a decision yet but would get back to me soon. Unfortunately, I never heard from them again. Being ghosted after investing time and effort was disappointing and left a bad impression. Hopefully, they improve how they communicate with candidates in the future
