Feel excessive, Google's application for internships is shorter in it's entirety. Screams amateur hour. Am doing an internship with another ML organisation that had more reasonable application process

online form and CV, phone conversation (informal - for motivations etc), take home assessment (machine learning based), review by the team and then rejected. Asked for feedback but never received any (very disappointing as did a 3hour assessment) - apart from that good process
