Initial phone screen with recruiter and then scheduled virtual interview with direct manager. From there, had two more virtual interviews with other team members. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. All three interviews were a mixture of technical and behavioral questions but they flowed like a conversation. My one complaint is on the recruiting and coordinating side; minimal communication, long waits to hear back regarding next steps, and then I was just ghosted even after following up. I also received an email for someone else's interview (yikes).
