It was 3 step process, step 1, call with an external recruiter step 2 and step 3 was with the VP and an architect, the tech and non tech round were combined to about an hour

Entretien
It was a two-step process. First, I met with the Vice President overseeing the division to discuss overall goals and direction, then I had a detailed technical conversation with the Chief Architect of the applications.
