It is their specific journey rather than something more standard and universally agreed to. It's like asking a Italian Chef if he knows how to cook African food rather than how he generally creates recipes. So the questions were not difficult as much as very specific to their journey. Unfortunately, many of us often times have different journeys. This is quite different from western interviews which are more open ended and tests about how you approach a problem.
