Met with a large amount of people across two rounds at HQ. About 6 the first round and 9 the next. Said it was all for culture fit, but at the end of the day 15 people aren’t making the hiring decision. Everyone was nice, but similar to other reviews on Glassdoor I don’t think they knew what they were looking for. Their questions didn’t really fit the job description I had so I wondered if they were trying to cram several positions into one and just calling it a marketing role. I’ve never had an interview where I walked out feeling like I knew less about the role than more. No offer and they changed the job description slightly, but in the end I don’t think they ever hired anyone.

Easy process, bring your resume and be prepared to answer the standard questions. How would you deal with a difficult customer? Have a scenario ready. Also, have a few questions to ask them. i.e. What are challenges store managers face?
