Very smooth they were really straight forward they asked me why I wanted to work there and why I think I’m a great fit for them overall they asked me work related questions

Was sat down w manager and talked down to like a child. Told I seem right for position but am too shy. Did not get any follow up afterwards, was very disappointed.
