Entretien
This was my first campus interview. The first round was a objective online test of 1 hour and the results came within 30mins. It was followed by a presentation about the company where they briefed us about the company profile, career and opportunities for higher studies in the company. Immediately thereafter, they called the selected candidates for the interview. The panel consisted of 2 technical and 1 HR interviewer. The first words of the panel on seeing my nervousness "Don't be nervous, this is only a interview". And things became easier as questions came. Questions were on fundamental mechanical engineering concepts as well as HR based question on how to take decision at workplace.

I was hired from college campus, so interview process included all the aptitude test and panel interview and was asked about circuit breakers, relays (i am from EE), one HR round where they asked about family background and all. All the processes got completed in a day and they announced the names same day only.Offer letter was given after the 8th semester only.

Technical was mostly about IC engines.They also asked about my project and internship. The HR Round consisted of 1 on 1 interaction.He asked about my family background,my interests and why I want to join Cummins.
