I applied through their Careers page. Cummins does not recruit at my university but other interns I met said they interviewed at career fairs and on campus recruiting. I had 2 rounds of interviewing. The first was a screening and the second was more behavioral and focused on specific experiences.

Entretien
2 step process. One interview was behavioral other was technical. Everyone was very helpful and was very willing to explain and explore their careers. Also explained how you can move up in ranks within the company.

Who have I responded to an event where people were not willing to cooperate.
A phone interview was conducted after I received an invitation for an interview. I think the interview question is not hard, HR just want to know your personality and dose your value is matched with Cummins.

Entretien
Applied through on campus career fair. Interviewed in person on campus and again over the phone. Overall process was pretty easy although it did take several months from the first interview to receiving an offer.
