Straight forward. Tests knowledge of industry and computer skills. They mainly want to make sure you can respond quickly and that you know what you're talking about. They have more tests than real interviews

Entretien
Super simple and easy to do from anywhere. As long as you can prove you are an expert, they love to add to their team. It may have changed as they have grown, but very streamlined.
A lot of questions about skis and what to recommend certain people, followed by multiple choice questions. Multiple choice questions were oddly difficult since they talked about very specific products rather than knowledge about the technical aspects of skis.

Entretien
Was a simple straightforward interview that didn't take long and was easy to complete. Questions were relevant and easy enough to answer. The interview was one way which was odd but overall it was an easy interview process.
