The process consisted of two interviews:
First Interview with: Hiring Manager
Atmosphere: Formal and direct
Content: Questions focused on organizational skills and work experience
Outcome: While the interviewer acknowledged my experience, I sensed that an offer might not be forthcoming.
Second Interview with: Team Member
Atmosphere: Friendly and conversational
Content: The discussion included personal topics, deviating from standard interview questions.
Personal Reflection:
Observations: The contrasting interview styles provided insight into the company's culture and dynamics.
Decision: I concluded that the environment might not align with my career aspirations and values.
