Recruiter seemed really cold and no personal touch while contacting with candidate .Seems like she did no research regarding the team and role. Got 75 mins hackerrank online test which comprised basic DB,Coding questions. Then another technical screening with team member(he was really nice)comprised of sql and java algorithm Q's.Seems like they harp too much on syntax instead of candidate critical thinking. if they have to do the same kind of screening over phone then hackerrank is overkill. I thought i did well in phone screening but didnt get any feedback why my skills didnt match their team. Company looks to be growing.

It was easy and friendly. They looked for behavioral fit for the company. Everyone were very friendly. They gave me a company tour and the atmosphere seemed friendly. I had one phone interview and one on site interviews. I met with the VP of QA and some other principle QA engineers. The interview process was very easy overall and it was a good experience for me. They gave me detailed information about the company and what they do, I felt connected to the company.
