Three assistants interviewed me. Pleasant conversation, didn't really seem like an interview as it was very relaxed. Applied online, invited for an interview within a week, interviewed the week after.

Sat down with two interviewers who were both super friendly and bubbly. As mentioned in other posts, the interview seemed just like a conversation re: motivation for working at an agency, books and the publishing process. One thing I disliked was not being informed of the outcome of the interview. I didn't get the role but would have appreciated being told vs. emailing them to ask!
