First step was a phone screen with basic questions about me, why did I apply, why would I think that I could be a good fit for the role, what do I know about the company?
The second step was a face-to-face interview with questions about: motivation, promotion of the company
The third step was an introduction day, when they wanted to see if I fit the company with other colleagues.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Curves International (Toronto, ON) en nov. 2012

I was unemployed and my friend told me that Curves was hiring for casual work (my friend has worked there before). I brought in the resume to Curves based on her recommendation. I wrote down my availability. I got a call to schedule an interview. Very simple interview! The employer basically answered all the questions himself (lol) :)
