Easiest interview I ever had. No major hard questions, because I was coming from a major window company and I had experience. I did a phone interview, which last 5 minutes. They flew me to Florida. I walked through the facility, asked a couple of questions, went to lunch with management. I talked to the CEO of the company via phone, after the initial face to face interview.
