They reached out after a couple of weeks and said they wanted the process to go fairly quickly. It did not. When I reached out to hear back, my reply was multiple days later. They never got back to me after the second round. The way they talked about the job was very enthusiastic, sad to not hear back from them.

Had a friend submit a resume for me and applied online. Got a random 1 second call which was hung up immediately when I answered (too lazy and unprofessional to leave a voice-mail), got an email soon after to set up a phone interview since I "didn't pick up". 1st round phone interview was terrible. The HR woman was scripted asking me to review my resume, only to ask me again two mins later- clearly wasn't listening. I could barely understand her as well as she was mumbling and distant in thought. She asked me salary requirements- which was weird for first round. She offered 42k and then asked for a range of low, medium, high for my requirements. Probing me until I gave specific numbers which I was completely uncomfortable with. This was also after I had already told her my requirements. Got asked for a second round phone screening with questions- all very basic and generic in nature. They said they would call or email by the end of the week to let you know regardless. Didn't call didn't email, had to email them just to call them out on the unprofessional behavior in the interviewing process. Lazy unprofessional HR department, needs work. I was excited for a chance to interview and it was a nightmare.
