This was a great role that I would have loved to have delivered for this organization. At the time of my interview it became clear that they have not fully defined the role and although they said they wanted something “different” and game changing, the truth was unfortunately not the case. Here is a great example, their interviews were completely unstructured. It was obvious they were hunting for something that they had yet to identify. In the process I tried to help and tried to cover a wide range to showcase my experience. The feedback was that I was unstructured which I accept but could have refine at later stages in the process. A true shame really.
