Full assesment day and Interview with two senior directors. The day consists of 1 hour introduction to the company and its services, also a question answer session at the end of it. Lunch is provided straight after. Then towards ther afternoon tests are given, preitty simple, Numeracy, literacy and verbal reasoning. then about a 30-40mins interview with two senior directors whom were really friendly and nice, questions were challenging however being confident is the key.
