I have no idea how these people found me. I just had an email on my inbox inviting me for an interview - person on the phone added me on WhatsApp, weird - was from Israel so I found their manners a bit rude - After a few questions I was offered a take-home test. I completed it but didn't get everything right, I spent 3 hours on it, it was working. After a couple of days they called me to let me know that the test wasn't good enough. They use this test to filter out people, if you don't get it 100% right they won't even consider you.
