Applied online, had a first call to briefly test language skills. After you pass they schedule a phone assessment in which you simulate translating to and from your target language. Once you pass they call you to interview you (practically hired though) and offer you the schedule and start dates.
Over the phone interview, several stages. English language proficiency and interpretation. The over the phone interview and test will have you tell about yourself, and interpret several medical and financial phrases at a time.

Interviews consisted of in person and over the phone, with a mixture of answering questions in both languages as well being tested on vocabulary. Both interviewers were friendly and made the experience positive.
