I applied online did three interviews over the phone to test language ability and then I had to call back to get an offer letter signed it and emailed it back and I was hired
Interviews consisted of in person and over the phone, with a mixture of answering questions in both languages as well being tested on vocabulary. Both interviewers were friendly and made the experience positive.
