Truly one of the worst interview processes I've ever had. I had a video interview in January, then I was strung along about scheduling a follow up until I was offered another video interview in May. After that, no one responded to my emails until I was offered yet another video interview in August, which I accepted and was then cancelled before the interview could occur. I was told that no one had been keeping records of who had applied and that I had already been found to not be a good fit for the role. I reached out as to why they had scheduled a new interview with me and why no one had told me that I had already been eliminated as a candidate. I was told over the phone profusely that they were very sorry and would reach out to the hiring manager as to why all this happened. They eventually emailed me saying that I did not meet their requirements despite verbatim meeting their requirements in my resume. It honestly felt like the hiring team enjoyed stringing me along for 9 months.
