Very subjective attitude. Seems like it is all only about whether the boss likes you or not. Sensitive about salary expectations. Not willing to explain why the previous employee is leaving. Letting people who definitely have no good command of a language to listen to the candidate speaking and make an assessment. Unprofessional.
