J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez DAISO (Melbourne) en nov. 2013
Entretien
After applying online, I had received an invitation to attend a group interview within two weeks. The interview was a very casual and family-friendly environment, filled with a lot of optimism and positive energy. Applicants were then required to complete activities that involved composing a song in groups, producing origami and based on the amount of candy you had selected, you were required to present a number of trivial information about yourself.
Once the group interview was completed, applicants were told to wait in a lobby while the second recruitment process began. When my name was called, I entered a room where I was required to undertake an individual interview. The questions were fairly straightforward, ones you can expect to find on google. Within a week, I had received an email with an offer to work on a casual basis for Daiso.
Submitted an online application. After about a week, received a phone interview. Fairly conversational / welcoming, asked about previous experience, problem solving situations, how to deal with a difficult customer. Once that was successful, there was an in-person interview with the store manager.
