Easy. Just spoke with management and they hired me right after. It happened when me and my family members bought a vehicle. At that time, I was looking for another job, and while purchasing the vehicle, we asked if they were hiring and the manager said yes. The sales manager immediately gave me an application. I don't remember whether I submitted it the same day, or a few days after, but I hand delivered it to him, and then I heard from the human resources department a few days after. They asked me if I would be interested in completing their 3 week sales course, and I accepted.

Entretien
Very simple. No pressure. Interviewed with a few people and was starting the following week. There is training which also is not difficult. Training only lasted a week, but you learn a lot in that week.
