Currently in the process, So far it has been one HR call, and then a series of online tests, like a math test and then a typing test, now I am onto the technical.

The interview began with an HR phone call. The HR rep (Ben in my case) was very professional and easy to talk to. He asked some everyday questions and wanted to get to know you and your interests. After this, there was a round of technical assessments (these were mostly to test typing speed and basic math/ logic problem solving). If you scored well on the assessments you went into a second interview (for me it was an operations manager and a tech lead). This interview was underwhelming— seeming like neither of them wanted to be there and they took the interview as a waste of time. They rapid fired questions at you (both technical and operational/personal). It seemed like they just wanted to get the interview over with and didn’t actually take time to prepare. For someone like myself who takes pride in each and every opportunity it was a let down to see that these people didn’t actually care about the interview process or the questions being asked.

It was a three step process. First, there was a phone interview with HR, and then some online assessments, and then a technical interview with a couple of team leads. Overall, it was a pretty basic technical interview, but they did ask some questions that didn't really fit the job I was applying for. After reflecting, it really felt like the team leads giving the technical interview didn't want to be there and it gave me bad vibes about the company as a whole. I really think they were looking for a lot more experience than what they claimed for a junior level position.
