This is an interview arranged by an agent and instead of having first round of phone interview which is common for oversea candidates, the interviewer prefers to have face-to-face interview instead. The interview took place at Toh Guan Road site near Jurong East MRT. Interview was conducted with two interviewers from Load Test team - a genial female manager and a male team lead. Load testing in banking industry may be different and if in doubt, be sure to ask the interviewers. Some valuable information including software licensing, scripting difficulty, and project timeline for load testing. The interview took approximately two hours to complete with second hour being a technical test session. Questions included general coding algorithm and load generator questions. Caught unprepared, the test did not go well and no update since then despite smooth dialogues during first hour.
