I had a phone screening scheduled with a recruiter to go over the position and about the company. I am then scheduled about 3 weeks later for a technical interview with the whole team asking me lots of questions. The hiring manager says that I will hear back within a few weeks about my application. Weeks pass by and I have not heard any updates on my application, so I reach out to the recruiter I did the phone screening with asking for any application updates. I end up not getting an offer. I felt like the entire application process from my perspective was a big waiting game. The application process felt like it took forever just to get any updates or to be scheduled with someone.
