If you're looking to have your time wasted then apply to this company. Was put through to this position by a recruiter. Initially met with someone for a same day interview because they were looking to hire someone immediately. Had a decent interview and two weeks go by without notice and then I finally receive a call to come back for another interview the very next day with one of the directors. Fast forward 6 months and this same job has been re-posted over 5 times by this company and several other agencies. So two things to note here... obviously they weren't really looking to hire someone immediately otherwise it wouldn’t have taken them half a year to do it. I think this company is waiting for a perfect candidate that doesn't exist so either way they are wasting people’s time. Secondly after two interviews there is not even basic decency anymore for a company to give you quick phone call or email to let you know they are not moving forward. They didn’t even let my recruiter know that they called me for a second interview which I think was really unprofessional. If a company treats you like this when you're interviewing with them imagine what it's like working for them. Read the reviews from their own employee's and you'll know what it's like working here.
