I was very happy with the clear Interview Process on the website and this was exactly how it happened in my own interview experience: Application Submission - I completed an application form on the DCS website. Completed a Tailored Assessment - This was a 15 minute PowerPoint presentation to the Hiring Manager. The interview stage was a telephone screening call followed up by a face to face interview - one with the hiring manager and the second with the HR Director. As stated on the website, the offer stage was getting a call from the HR Team to discuss the offer which was followed by a written confirmation.
