Sadly for a company that claims to be innovative and inclusive, their hiring procedure is from the 90s. If job position for a position needs a undergrad degree with 0 work experience, they will not select someone with a 3 year diploma and 2+ years of experience because they are 'underqualified' and should look at position for GED candidates (their words not mine). A regulatory manager position that requires an undergrad degree & 2 years of experience and you come along with diploma in cosmetic science, 3.5 years of experience & experience as a regulatory manager? They don't care. Please stay away if you dont want to be discriminated against. Regaardless of where you are in life, you have worked hard to get there. Keep that in mind and apply to Estee Lauder, P&G, Unilever, NUDESTIX, or other companies in GTA because they will take a more holistic approach.
