Fairly straightforward interviewing process. First, interviewed on the phone for about half an hour with the basic situational questions then was invited out to facility. Face-face interview was basically the same situational questions.

Phone call with HR to discuss best fit. Sent on to hiring managers. Phone interview with several members of production engineering department (approx. 1 hour). All behavioral, no technical. Whole process from initial call to offer was about 2 weeks.

three step process!!!!! A lot of fals information and promises provided during interview. Did not paint an accurate picture of current company/business conditions and or work duties/responsibilities or work load.

Know your resume from top to bottom. Be prepared to talk about every detail on it as I was asked very few questions. They want to see that you're not a typical engineer that doesn't talk to anyone.
