Two interviews. One with department manager, one with store manager. At my store, if you landed the second interview, you were hired. As the second interview was the store manager gloating about himself and selling his vision for the store. He asked maybe one question and it was unrelated to job function. First interview was simple, basic questions regarding customer service.
