They ask you a bunch of general questions, meet with the department manager and usually the head manager, overview of the company and how the do things. Ask you about your personal experiences and job history. Ask you about your knowledge of sports and how you think that you can help them and fit in with the company.

Interview was nice and relaxed. Pretty much asked about your work history and what interests you as a person. Very easy going and was hired a couple of days later.
