You interview with a soft lines or hardliners manager and then if they like you they pass you off for a 2nd interview with the store manager. Once you meet with the store manager he offers a position and then you set up a date to come in to fill out paper work and start training.

The interview process is very easy. They ask a few scenario questions. Make sure to try to make conversation and not just answer the questions. My interviewer seemed really happy with that.

After submitting my application online, I got a call about 2-3 days later to set up an interview for the following week. I came in for my interview and found an associate to let them know I was here for an interview, they were super friendly, and directed me where to go. The assistant manager conducted my interview. They ask the usual "textbook" interview questions. Lots of questions about different types of scenarios.

The interviewer asked me a list of questions from a paper and briefly got to know me and my experience. We talked about my availability, preferred hours, and some important information for the role. I started off as a cashier and was asked how comfortable I am with communicating promotions, credit card benefits, and protection plans.
