They scheduled a time for me to come into their headquarters. They gave a quick tour of the facility then we sat down one on one to perform the interview which lasted about 20 minutes.

Quite informal. Refreshing leaders. Great experience getting my resume sent to other leaders with openings. Everyone talks about how much they like the culture, which meant a lot to me.

Entretien
First the recruiter will contact you followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. Next you will be brought in for an in person interview which consists of multiple 30 minute 1 on 1 sessions. In total the trip lasted about 4 hours. Overall very easy as far as the questions went. Most of the people didn't even bring a standard list of question with them. Much more of an experience based than a situational question interview.
