I was offered the job on first come first serve basis. The staff are and were mainly students. But recently, they have been more strict on what kind of an employee they want to hire. Attitude says a lot to get the role.

It was very casual, I met them as a customer and became friends with the owners. They basically asked me if I was comfortable with the job requirements and I told them I was. We then agreed I could try out and see if the job was a good fit.

pretty straightforward and ask typical questions that would be interviewed such as what is your weakness, and strength. I would say it you are confident with typical interview then you will be fine
