Upon a successful review, you are contacted with a manger to schedule an interview over Teams. My role did not have a technical interview. It will vary from manager but the personality interview for me was more of an informal conversation where I discussed my previous projects and media related interests.

30 min zoom for first round - answered questions they said they would get back but I never did
Overall positive energy and I could have seen myself adding value and contributing just probably was competitive since they were only selecting one person not like an actual cohort of interns

Why this job and what functional area are you leaning toward
behavioral but related to technical aspects. with 3+ people in interview, including recruiter and work leaders. one round which is 1 hour and virtual. offer within 3 weeks. very kind interviewers and not scary
