Worst HR Team Ever (India - Thane) - Illegal Practices and Miss information.
Even after I was offered the position I didn't joined because -
The HR team was unclear about the team they are hiring for.
The HR was super confused about the timing and the travel service barriers!
I was told it would be a Hibrid model of working before the Interview and was assured about the Salary part but then at last it was twisted and changed.
I was told about the cab service but In the end it was denied, that the cab would not come to my place.
Last but the saddest part - HR Head Told me that they might Micromanage the employees if required and there will be some Labour Bond of some 2-3 lakhs....which I should sign before I join.
Tbh that's a very unprofessional way of working and designing a work culture if you really want good talent in your firm.
I recommend everyone not to join this firm atleast for India office.
