Very intimidating process. The initial interview is a phone screening with the Hiring Manager (pretty easy). Following this, you go on-site for an interview with three of their sales managers. Once you finish that, the director of their sales department will come in and interview you 1v1. Then you'll shadow an SDR for 15 min. Supposed to be an "entry level" position but they will grill you if you don't have much sales experience/interest prior to this. Also noticed an extreme lack of diversity in the department when I was in the office; didn't see one minority.

The interviewer first postponed the interview last minute. When the actual interview took place I had the impression she had no idea about the questions she was simply reading out of a script. She clearly want familiar with the role and we couldnt have a conversation about it but simply answer questions she ignored the meaning
