I was really happy with the Process. Everything happened in a short time period, there was almost no waiting time and every step felt sensible. There have been several steps: - General HR interview about background and motivation - Coding Challenge - Tech interview with feedback for the Coding Challenge - Team-Interview (Team-Fit) - Overall Feedback and Contract-Talks

First I had a call with a recruiter (30 mins) . Next step was a small coding challenge in Kotlin, the solution was suposed to be production ready and I had 1 week to finish it. Next step was technical interview (90 mins) with engineering manager and software developer, where we discussed about my solution. The last interview (60 mins) was onsite with a couple of team members, it was behavioral and situational interview. After that, I've got an offer. The whole process was very smooth, well organized, everybody I met were nice and I was always getting a feedback very fast.
