Interview process was very smooth and interactive. 1.) Assignment Round: to check the way you write the code. 2.) Pairing Round: to check your approach for a given problem & Questions from your assignment like why this why not this? 3.) Technical Rounds: JavaScript fundamentals And coding . 4.) Director Round: Most of a discussion around what they are doing. And basic questions to check if you are fit for the role. All the rounds were interactive. Learn a lot from the interview process also. Each round was like a discussion.
