The interview process was very thorough and collaborative. There were 4 rounds of interviews and initial phone, 2 rounds with the other members of the team and the supervisor and a final with the managing director. All were very informative, I was able to ask any questions I had and get a great understanding of the day to day process. If I had one gripe it would be after the second interview I knew I wanted to be part of the team but I had 2 more to finally secure the position. All in all it was worth the wait.
