First Phase: 30 mins screening interview with the hiring manager.
Second Phase: Take home assignment. Not so small work. Had to develop frontend and backend application as well. Dockerization, documentation all.
They have ghosted after the submission of my take home assignment! I tried to communicate with several email. But no response!
So frustrating as I have invested 2/3 days to complete tasks then they disappeared!
