Was contacted a week or so after applying by recruiter and they were very interested in my skills/background and proceeded to set up an interview. About 20 minutes before scheduled call, recruiter calls and cancels interview since the job was “on hold” but she would reach out once able. Get an automated message about a week later that they were pursuing other candidates. Highly unprofessional process
