Recruiter made first contact via a phone call.
A technical interview was then setup very early in the morning.
The questions were very elementary as if I was still a fresh graduate (like what's my favorite subject in college?)
Also technical interviewer, their CEO, should take English lessons.

Past experience and about my university experience, with greater emphasis on the latter
The company's interview process is consist initial interview, technical exam and final interview. The initial interview is all about your position and the expected salary. The technical exam is about solving a specific problem through actual coding.
