They bring you in and you preform a typing test. I think they want it around 50 or above. They ask you the typical questions, nothing too crazy. The difficult part is waiting on the security clearance. You have to do a lot for it to get done, like fingerprinting and forms to fill out. But even then, I've heard of people waiting nearly a year to get the job.
