Applied online, Assessment 1, Assessment 2, Interview, offer, accept offer and start with internship for 3 months and then they put you on their employees database and work for 3 years as contract then they absorb you after completing your internship, and for the first 3 months you get stipend and second fourth month is salary
virtual interview conducted on Microsoft teams by managers who asked about 8 questions in total. Talked about the company, themselves, and what the internship position I was applying for entails.

Questions were asked according what was on my CV. It wasnt bad at all. Then proceeded to very technical questions about the pharmaceutical industry especially in the area of quality control testings and GMP.
