One phone interview. One in person interview with the client since I was a contract position. It was a very easy interview process. They asked questions mostly related around my resume and past experience. They also asked some questions about the job position and if I had experience in those areas

Format was typical. Telephone screen followed by rounds with other PMs. Discussions were based on past experiences with specific examples. Overall experience was satisfactory. They were interested in what I could bring to the table and how I can help the organization from my past expereinces.
