Video Interview then Superday in Chicago Office. Asked me to fly into Chicago Office for super day. Mainly questions on my quantitative abilities and educational goals. Asked about extracurricular and why prop trading.
Mostly behavioral, the majority of the process is just getting to know you. They do final round interviews in-person at their Chicago office, they pay for all the expenses which is really nice.
